We want you to be completely enamored with your Charlotte Mills purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film on the soles remains intact, as we cannot accept returns for shoes with any signs of wear.

Return Process

  Try your shoes on a carpeted surface only; returns will not be accepted if the blue protective film is removed or the soles are marked.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original Charlotte Mills box and dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
